Apply To Be In My Next Learning Leader Circle
Applications are now open for our next Learning Leader Circle. If you want to surround yourself with growth-focused leaders who are striving to get better, then you might be a fit for our Learning Leader Circle. Here's what Keegan Linza (Sales Leader, VMware by Broadcom) said: “Ryan's Learning Leader Circle has been a game-changer for my career. Since I joined Ryan’s circle, I’ve been promoted multiple times, including moving into my first leadership position. Ryan and the other amazing leaders in the group have been a great sounding board for all sorts of leadership challenges like hiring, retention, growth, and dealing with conflict. Ryan’s ability to attract great leaders and spark meaningful conversations are what make his Learning Leader Circles so valuable.” CLICK HERE to apply.
Leadership at Scale
If you've listened to The Learning Leader Show for a while, you know how I feel about writing. ALL leaders should have a writing practice. Writing is what crystallizes your thinking. It takes the messy stuff from your head and helps you make it clearer. And here's what James Clear thinks about it regarding leadership: Writing is leadership at scale. I have come to realize that if I’m serious about making an impact with my work, about helping as many people as possible, and about putting a small dent in my corner of the universe... Writing will carry my work and ideas further than just about anything else.
The Moral Bucket List
From David Brooks... About once a month I run across a person who radiates an inner light. These people can be in any walk of life. They seem deeply good. They listen well. They make you feel funny and valued. You often catch them looking after other people, and as they do so, their laugh is musical, and their manner is infused with gratitude. They are not thinking about what wonderful work they are doing. They are not thinking about themselves at all. CLICK HERE to read more.
